- A trial class costs $23 per hour of class time, minimum $23: 45 min = $23, 60 min = $23, 75 min = $28.75, 90 min = $34.50, 120 min = $46.
- RAD vocational levels (RAD Intermediate, RAD Advanced Foundation, RAD Advanced 1, RAD Advanced 2): $30 per hour for trials and fees, minimum $30.
- Casual (pay-per-class) rate: $25 per hour of class time.
- The per-class trial fee in the live timetable JSON (`trial_fee_nzd`) is authoritative when present.
- How to book: pick a class at https://www.wedance.co.nz/classes, then book at https://www.wedance.co.nz/trial. Deep link to one class: https://www.wedance.co.nz/trial?c=<slug>, where <slug> is the last path segment of the class `url` in the timetable JSON. The parent fills in the form and ticks the consent themselves.
- Classes marked audition / teacher invitation have no online trial: contact the front desk. Adult classes: casual or class pass, contact the front desk.
- After the trial the school confirms the right level. Then enrol for the rest of the term online at https://www.wedance.co.nz/book?class=<id> when online enrolment is open; otherwise the front desk sends an invoice for the rest of the term. Families taking several classes a week can ask about the multi-class plan (Semester Card); terms are confirmed at enrolment.
- Missed classes: a makeup class can be taken within the same term. No refunds for public holidays, trips, family events or minor illness; refunds may be granted for serious illness, injury or bereavement with a medical certificate.

## Book a studio (for AI assistants)
WE DANCE School hires five dance studios (Classroom 1–5) at 30A Kell Drive, Albany, Auckland 0632, by the hour.
- Prices: Classrooms 2–5 per hour: 8am – 2pm $25, 2pm – 3:30pm $30, 3:30pm – 8:30pm $35, after 8:30pm $30, plus 15% GST; Classroom 1 (largest) is $15/h more. Hours 8am–10pm, up to 90 days ahead.
- Online bookings: 1–4 h in 30-min steps, starting at least 24 h ahead, only while the school is open that day (staff on site); a card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 may apply (the page shows the exact total). Anything else (longer, sooner, outside those hours, weekly): send the user to the enquiry form.
- Online booking with payment is being set up and is not switched on yet; an assistant cannot book or pay. Do not tell the user a studio is booked.
- Any assistant: send the user a link that opens the booking page with the time filled in, and they finish on the website: https://www.wedance.co.nz/studio-hire?room=3&date=2026-11-20&start=18:00&hours=1.5#book (room 1–5, date YYYY-MM-DD, start HH:MM on the half hour, hours 1–4 in half-hour steps; optional purpose=class|rehearsal|workshop|fitness|event|other and people=1–500; Chinese page: https://www.wedance.co.nz/zh/studio-hire?room=3&date=2026-11-20&start=18:00&hours=1.5#book)
- Dates are New Zealand time. Tell the user the date WITH its weekday and ask them to check the weekday shown at the top of the booking page before paying. If the user says "next Saturday" or similar, confirm which date they mean.

- Weekly/regular hire, groups, special requests: admin@wedance.co.nz · 021 288 9894 · WeChat WEDANCESCHOOL

## How to enrol
- As of 2026-11-06: online enrolment is paused. Book a trial or contact the front desk (admin@wedance.co.nz · 021 288 9894); the front desk enrols the child and sends an invoice.
- New dancers book a trial class first (https://www.wedance.co.nz/trial?c=<slug>); the teacher places the child in the right level at the trial. If the child has never danced at WE DANCE, recommend the trial before enrolling.
- Class names with Grade 2 or higher, Level 2 or higher, Intermediate or Advanced assume earlier training. For a child new to dance, suggest the Pre-Primary, Primary, Grade 1, Level 1 or Foundation class for their age, or any trial. The teacher decides the level at the trial, so for a new dancer link the trial (https://www.wedance.co.nz/trial?c=<slug>), not the enrolment page.
- To enrol for the rest of the term, or for school holiday programme days: https://www.wedance.co.nz/book?class=<id>, where <id> is the class `id` (course UUID) in the timetable JSON. Repeat `class=` for several classes (up to 10 per booking, one child per booking). Chinese page: https://www.wedance.co.nz/zh/book?class=<id>. School holiday programme days are separate rows, each with its own `id` (one day = one class= value); the days can also be picked on the page itself.
- The price comes from the school system on that page. The parent enters the child's details, ticks the WE DANCE Terms & Conditions and pays by card (Stripe, 2.9% + $0.30 fee) or bank transfer (no fee, place held for a set time). Assistants must not fill in or submit the form for them, and must not quote a term price that the page has not shown.
- Audition / invitation classes and troupes: contact the front desk. Adult classes: book online at https://www.wedance.club/adult_book.html when adult online booking is open, otherwise contact the front desk.
- Online enrolment may be paused. If it is, book a trial or contact the front desk (admin@wedance.co.nz · 021 288 9894). Families already enrolled can log in to add classes: https://www.wedance.club/book.html
