Most weekday classes are from 4pm, Saturday classes run 9:30am–4:30pm and Sunday classes 9:30am–1pm. Our children's and teens' classes are for ages 3½ to 18, and we also run adult ballet. At the trial class the teacher places your child in the right level. What dance styles do you teach? New families: find a class on our Book Classes Online page (https://www.wedance.co.nz/book-online) and book a trial class there. After the trial we confirm the right level with you and send an invoice for the rest of the term. Families already with us are invoiced by email for each term; pay by bank transfer using the invoice number as the reference. Enrolled families can log in to the WE DANCE parent app at https://www.wedance.club/ to see their timetable. What should I do if I miss a class? If you miss a class, you can attend a makeup class within the same term. Makeup classes are optional, and no refunds are provided for missed classes due to public holidays, trips, family events, or minor illnesses. Ballet students wear the WE DANCE uniform: a pink leotard for RAD Pre-Primary and Primary and a blue leotard for RAD Grades 1–4, with ballet shoes; please ask us which leotard other levels need. Jazz classes have a WE DANCE jazz uniform. Uniforms and shoes are sold in our online shop: https://www.wedance.co.nz/shop. A uniform keeps the class focused on dancing and lets teachers see and correct body lines clearly. Do you run school holiday programmes? Yes. Our October 2026 holiday programme (28 September – 9 October) offers RAD exam intensives (Grade 4, Grade 5, Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate), Vaganova ballet technique, Vaganova ballet and contemporary, ballet technique and intensive training, flexibility and acro, and flexibility with Chinese dance. The weekly plan is a tuition discount policy offered by the school to students who are enrolled in multiple courses. Its aim is to maximize students' academic performance while reducing the burden on parents. If you enroll in more than 5 hour classes per week, you can choose the weekly plan or weekly plan plus for unlimited classes. Before you select the weekly plan, please read the policies below: 1. WEEKLY PLAN must be paid in term(normally 10 weeks), no enrolment for weekly plan is accepted if your enrolment is less than a term of classes. 2. Students can attend NOT MORE THAN 7 class(1 hour each) per week for weekly plan ($120 per week). 3. Any missed classes must be made up in another class of the same level or lower WITHIN THE SAME TERM. 4. WEEKLY PLAN fees are non-refundable and non-transferable: no refunds are given for missed classes due to public holidays, overseas trips, family holidays, birthdays, light flu etc. 5.
